Neynaber has managed undergraduate- and graduate-level college and internship programs and has recruited MBA’s from many of the nation’s top business schools. He has recruited diverse individuals to fill positions in varied disciplines including professionals in IT, finance, marketing, sales, human resources, distribution, construction, and retail, as well as chefs, artists, engineers of all disciplines, and operations professionals in theme park, food, store, and hotel positions.
Acting as an internal consultant and thought partner, Neynaber was involved in the launch of a major résumé and applicant-tracking system for talent management including an interface with SAP, and has been able to streamline processes to improve business efficiencies. As a founder of an in-house affinity group, he has been involved in the evolution of diversity thought and the recruiting of diverse talent.
During his years of experience, Neynaber has conducted professional training courses and has been involved in a variety of human-resources efforts including those related to labor issues and compensation.
