Our team was responsible to handle BSS issues and GPRS issues.BSS SR's solved and give full support to field as a recovery team during this project.2000 - 2001Managing over two system engineers and two BSS engineers, responsible for customer network resolution and system availability reporting.Customer Network Resolution department deals with customer network problems such as enhancements and advanced troubleshooting.2000 - 2000Team leader for the team consist of two system engineers and thirteen BSS engineers who were reporting directly to me.Train freshman BSS engineers on BSC and network problems.1998 - 2000Create Database and make integration of new sites on TELSIM Network. Helping the customer for BSS database modifications while adding new sites, help commissioning the BTS's Adding new BSC's, configuring RXCDR, reconfigure the existing RXCDR's to allow for redundancy in case of power/module failures Tuning the network based on the alarms at the OMC.
