Feasibility study - supply chain flexibility planning- engineering change management in SAP

- Implementation of SAP within the Philips CE factory at Leuven (Belgium)- Blueprint for a SAP roll-out at Philips Consumer Healthcare Solutions at Framingham, Massachusetts (USA)- Analysis, design, test and implementation of tools forbuy plan calculation and liability and exposure- Analysis, design and test of a new interface between a PDM system (Matrix One) and SAP.

SAP roll-out at the Philips CE factories in Bruges (Belgium), Dreux (France), Hong Kong, Szekesfehervar en Szombathely (Hungary) and Kwidzyn (Poland). Involved with consultancy, training, development, interfaces and conversion.

Test Manager and - later on - Teamlead of the Tolas Team. Tolas is another Supply Chain Planning tool.

Development of training material and conducting these trainings in The Netherlands, Belgium, USA, Australia, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland.Sales Support for several international bids.

As ERP Consultant involved with the implementation of the COPICS planning modules MSP and FAS in Monza (Italy), Dreux (France), Barcelona (Spain) and Chungli (Taiwan).

Teamlead of the Quality Assurance & Distribution Team, which was responsible for test and distribution of new and updated COPICS modules within Philips world-wide.
