    Design and execute global HR strategies, and lead global teams in the acquisition, development and deployment of high potential talent. Ensure adequate health of global senior executive succession plans, competency model integration, executive and pipeline resourcing, strategic workforce planning, executive and pipeline assessments, executive assimilation programmes, high potential talent pool development frameworks and global business process improvement strategies.

    Global HR Director, Capability and Director, Talent Management and Acquisition. Led talent acquisition, development and retention strategies operating in over 45 countries. Member of initial team selected by Corporate board to design and execute global HR strategic center of excellence services plan where focus was on standardized methodologies and technology supporting acquisition, development and deployment of talent across the company's many global businesses. Accomplishents to include design, standardization, execution, and successful integration of world class global talent management and succession planning process/programme, competency model, multi lingual career site, leadership development programs, and undergraduate and MBA development programs.     1993 - 2003
    Design, develop, and lead implementation of strategic HR initiatives for Corporate Technology and Real Estate development client groups to include organization developmnent, new business acquisition (ABC/Disney merger), divisional reorganization, talent acquisition, staff development, and compensation strategies.
