A leading real estate developer from Dubai entered PAKISTAN to sign up with the President of Pakistan to invest initially 20 billion rupees in Pakistan in furnished apartments, five star hotels, a theme park with an 18 hole golf course and club. As the Country manager, I executed the operation, finding the location near the sea side, conducted a feasibility study, contracted for other hotel locations all over Pakistan in major cities like Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore.
