Training & Development: Identification of Training Needs of the employees, work with training team to chart out the training programs. MIS: Published weekly, monthly quarterly, man power reports, Wage bills & Attrition analysis. Audit: Reconciliation of headcount & payroll on monthly basis. Recruitment: Coordinated with various manpower consultants to procure resources for its operations across India, general screening of the candidate's profile, short-listing them for the interviews, Worked on portals, Naukri, Monster, sourced resumes and placed candidates for all the positions.
