My Responsibilities @ CAE.On Boarding: Handled Inductions & joining formalities for new joinees in manager & above level across the organization. Appraisals: Ensure employees are adhered to appraisal timelines. Involved in the budgetary planning for annual compensation & Benefits. Training & Development: Identification of Training Needs of the employees, work with training team to chart out the training programs. MIS: Published weekly, monthly quarterly, man power reports, Wage bills & Attrition analysis. Audit: Reconciliation of headcount & payroll on monthly basis. Recruitment: Coordinated with various manpower consultants to procure resources for its operations across India, general screening of the candidate's profile, short-listing them for the interviews, Worked on portals, Naukri, Monster, sourced resumes and placed candidates for all the positions. Competency Mapping : Coordinated with the departments to build a competency Model for the Company Background Verification: Background Verification was carried out for the employees travelling to Montreal as per the policy, Drug tests & Criminal checks were also done. Joining Formalities: Documentation of joining forms, Send intimation about the joinees to the concerned departments, processing of PF nomination, issue of access cards, sending intimation for e-mail id creation Coordinating with the corporate bank for opening of corporate salary accounts for the new employees. Exit: Maintaining the Exit Database. Scheduling of Exit interviews, Getting the exit formalities done and issuing of Relieving and Experience letter, Analysis of the exits and submitting the report to the top management for further corrective and preventive actions Confirmation: Maintaining the Probation Database, Processing the confirmation of employees, Audits & Organizational Initiatives.
