QIB's Corporate Finance group provides corporations, financial institutions, supranationals, sovereigns and agencies with customized solutions for their financial needs through an integrated coverage for capital markets, foreign exchange and derivative products.The Corporate Finance team originates, structures, manages and executes a wide range of transactions.The team is a fully integrated department offering key solutions that a company will require over its life cycle including:Equity Capital Markets (ECM): Origination, structuring and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): offering a full range of services including mergers, de-mergers and general strategic advisory service. Corporate Finance Advisory (CFA): Comprehensive, across-the-board advice on corporate strategic and financing issues, using individual analysis as well as tailor-made and sector oriented solutions. Debt Capital Markets (DCM): furnishing clients with selected products and services in connection with raising all kinds of debt in the capital markets. Leveraged Finance: originating, structuring and execution of financial sponsor-led transactions.QIB also looks at opportunistic acquisitions & investments in smaller & mid size Companies in the UK and Europe. Recent transactions in this area include QIB (UK) teaming with Barclays BAR.L Ventures to invest in UK cosmetic manufacturer B3 International, which was seeking fresh capital to cope with a bigger than expected order book.
