Rob Beadling

Rob Beadling is currently Dassault Systémes (DS) CATIA Sales Manager for Marine and Energy Industries, North America. He has worked with Northrop Grumman Newport News in support of their product lifecycle management (PLM)/CATIA implementation for the CVN-21 program. In addition, Rob supported General Dynamics Bath Iron Works and Northrop Grumman Ship Systems in their PLM/CATIA implementation for the DDG-1000 program.

Prior to joining DS, Rob was the Director of Modeling and Simulation for John J. McMullen Associates (now Alion Science and Technology Corp.). Previously, he worked for IBM in Federal Marketing. He also served as a naval architect in ship concept and preliminary design for the U.S. Navy.

Rob Beadling is currently a sales manager for Dassault Systémes (DS) CATIA Brand. He specializes in areas of plant, ship and electrical/electro mechanical design. He has worked in naval ship design and construction with the major US shipbuilders. He also works in Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, Architectural Engineering Construction and High Tech industries. He plays an integral role in the sales process for Dassault Systemes North American operations in all industries where complex systems design and engineering capabilities are required. Prior to joining DS, Rob was the Director of Modeling and Simulation for John J. McMullen Associates (now Alion Science and Technology Corp.). Previously, he worked for IBM in Federal Marketing. He also served as a naval architect in ship concept and preliminary design for the U.S. Navy.

Provided consulting services to the US Navy - Naval Sea Systems Command in engineering and simulation computing for emerging shipbuilding programs. Managed a team of technologists who developed advanced simulations and related programming.
