After several years working in Telecom area, I decided to join the team of AssetManager/AssetCenter.Asset Manager is a product which enables IT organization to reduce costs and drive business decisions by managing the physical, virtual, financial and contractual aspects of IT assets. It automates best practices across the asset management lifecycle, including procurement, software asset management, contract management, charge backs and data center costs. I had the role of Scrum master of the Java team. This team was distributed on four sites (Sophia-Antipolis, Les Ulis (Paris), Grenoble and Shanghai (China).I also participated to the design and implementation of the Asset Manager Web interface.Scrum methodology combined to eXtreme ProgrammingJ2EE, JAVA, Web Services, WSDL, tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Eclipse, Fit, Watir, Windows, Solaris, HPUX, Solaris.

I participated to the creation of a new Integration between HP Network Node Manager Application and the HP TeMIP platform.I have designed and implemented some parts of the Adapter in charge of collecting SNMP traps and network topology information from HP Network Node Manager Application. This adapter has been written in JAVA.I have also worked on the client side requesting Trap events and Topology events in C++. This module is fully integrated into TeMIP. I worked on the development of new features on a User Graphical Interface runnign on Windows. This application named TeMIP Client allows the monitoring of network. It provides Maps with network topology representations and also Alarm handling screens.It is implemented with C++/MFC on Windows.

I joined the team of Support Level 3.I keep a very good memory of this period, the strong team spirit and the very pleasant relations with customers.My job consisted of providing technical support to international customers: - Managing customer calls and requests (call prioritization and impacted modules identification) - Providing documentation and configuration advices - Investigating problems that happened in production or integration environment - Performing correction and Providing E-patch when necessary

I worked on two projects In the first project, I joined the GUI team to develop new features on the existing GUIs dedicated to the Telecom Platform Fault Management (Alarm Handling, Iconic Map and Trouble Ticketing). (Motif, C on Unix )In the System Mate Project, I was in charge of the design and the implementation of a new application which provided a user friendly tool to ease remote installation and configuration.This has been implemented in JAVA on Unix platform.

I made the design and the implementation of an application managing Problem Reporting.

This was an interesting experience in a development team in a French environmentI worked in the Yield Management department (Passager reservation). I was in charge of the design and the prototyping of an application of reservation.

This is my first and very great experience in the industry. I got the chance to work with the International Network Normalization team at IBM La Gaude. This team was composed of experts of Network Technologies (X25, ATM,...)I was in charge of working in collaboration with all the team members and to development an application to generate automatically Network Normalization Manuals in all languages.
