General Design Assessment - Nuclear New Build, UK Project managed the Generic Design Assessment Contract with EDF, France. This was a 3 years contract which I negotiated a 2 year extension for Professional services including Safety Case Support, Independent Peer Reviews of reports, Audit Support and Structural Integrity. Nuclear New Build - GENCO, UK Develop and negotiated the placement and subsequent delivery of a 2 year Framework Contract for Professional Services for UK Nuclear New Build - GENCO. Professional services include Safety Case Support, Independent Peer Reviews of reports, Structural Integrity, Material & Welding Support, PSA and RPA. Waste Management Systems - Nuclear New Build Led the strategic partnering to deliver a total capability for Waste Management (£200m ). Partner selected and Team Agreement developed to enable a turn-key project, which provides a reduction of project delivery risk as two global organisations well versed in large programme delivery within the nuclear industry applying integrated working arrangements to de-risk interfaces. Components - Nuclear New Build (Heat Exchangers & Vessels) Project managed the production of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and led customer interfaces to ensure the Request for Quotation for Tanks & Demineralisers and Heat Exchangers. Project Managed the tender phase for 69 EPR tanks and 9 Demineralisers to issue a firm price. Managed a challenging 12-week tender programme to deliver firm prices for about 80 vessels.

Managed compliance to the RR Quality Management System, within the Trent 900 New Engine Introduction team in Civil Aerospace. Led an improvement project to ensure the all areas understood the customer's quality requirements. Project Managed the Customer Critical Features (CCF), including acting as the "Voice of the Customer" and chaired various focus groups and instigating a number of Road shows visiting all sites to ensure best practice is being transferred and followed.
