    Currently manage the posting, sourcing, applicant and lead tracking tools, as well as various vendors and services. Previously I was the functional project lead to implement Taleo at PG&E. I designed, implemented and trained the team on the new recruitment process and strategy. On an ongoing project I analyze current process and procedures to optimize performance and tracking. In addition, I work with Taleo products and services and I am an active member of the WRUG.

    At Pacific Gas and Electric Company I am solely responsible for building strategic sourcing solutions to raise the quality and quantity of job seekers. In addition I manage the vendors, technology and services available to the recruiting team. Focusing on high time to fill, low job seeker pools and repeat hires, I build solutions through organization partnerships, advertisement, sourcing technology and email solicitation.In the past at PG&E I implemented the Applicant Tracking System, Taleo, managed all upgrades and releases, built user test scripts and manged the user acceptance testing process. In addition I created the training material and taught recruiters how to use the ATS. Lastly I managed vendors, technology and services for the recruiting team.

World of Warcraft is my vise, for some reason this geeky game excites the hell out of me. I’m so hooked I’ve spent real money to buy virtual money! What’s worse is that I think it’s okay to do just that.Cards:I love to play cards. My family grew up always playing cards. I know a few games like spades, hearts, bridge, rook, poker, blackjack, and Texas hold em. I love cards so much I took a part time job dealing at a casino for 5 months. It was great fun!
