    Reporting to the CEO, lead the newly created Business Unit Engineering & Conveying.It covers the worlwide operations of the Group Engineering and Conveying manufacturing activities.

    Appointed as a member of the Executive Committee to create, lead, and develop the new Group Engineering and Turnkey division. In addition to this mandate, took over in 2006 the management of Sidel Conveying division, bringing overall sales activities to 578 million euros and direct staff management to 980.

    Following the acquisition of Sidel by Tetra Laval, led the newly created Sidel Packaging System Division for the Americas with full P&L responsibilities for operations in Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Chile.

    As a member of the Sidel Leadership Team reporting directly to the CEO, oversaw the Gebo worldwide operations, expanded sales from €90 to €171 million while managing 775 employees.
    1991 - 1997
    Led and conducted the development in North and South-America of this French equipment manufacturer and Engineering Company serving the food and beverage industry.
    1990 - 1991
    Directed and managed the 365/24/7 brewhouse unit, from receiving of raw materials to processing
    1988 - 1990
    In charge of productivity improvement and new investments for a 12 packaging line department

    Reporting directly to the new CEO, identifies, evaluates and implements new opportunities of profitable business developments.
    •Developed a business case generating within 2 years, €36 million of additional annual sales and an operating profit contribution of €7 million.
