Customization of A/P standard voucher Entry (P550411):P0411 A/P Voucher entry currently needs the user to manually enter the 1099 flags, even though the vendor is marked with cat code 07 in the A/B master Then client wants flagging on A/P ledger by default, as per vendor cat code07.F0411 table to be automatically updated with1099 cat code RPAC07 and flag RPTNN, if the vendor cat code ABAC07 is not blank.

Developed Inventory Tracking Report (R554102 ) This report display a warning to the inventory planner as soon as the Inventory Tracking report is executed, that a particular item needs to be reordered by picking data from Inventory Tracking Report through report interconnection with warning report (R5541W). Business view used: V4102K Report: item Branch, item location join (F4102 and F41021)

Created a Purchase Order Detail report (R554300) This report contain information from business views (V4301G and V4311R) using the subsection join and display totals by order. Also there is a grand total for the report.


Created a Purchase Order Application (P574301): In Design and build a purchase order application that will allow users to find, select, add and delete purchase orders. In which I have created two tables and business view for Header and details (F574301 and F574311 & V574301 and V574311). I have created two forms one is Work with purchase order form (Find browse) and Purchase order revision form (Header detail). In which I have created Search and select form for item number.

Customization of Sales Order Entry Application(P554210): In P4210 sales Order Entry Application ,User can add different quantity with same item number .The client requirement is that avoid the quantity with duplicate item number and set an error message for duplicate item number and update quantity field for same item number

Created Sales order Report (R5542119): (Sales Order Report on Monthly Basis) .It will print sales Order Information on Monthly basis. Which describes sales order details regarding commission rate and non commission rate It displays invoice date, invoice number, clients name and place, model and price details From V42119. Depending upon commission rate, it should display new unit price and run the report base on Commission Rate.

Created Stock Ledger Report (R554111): This report will print Items received in a given date range with all other details related to the Items. This Report is basically for purchasing details. It will run on the basis of Item number, date range and G/L Class of the item (Exported or Local). Report will include following fields- Part Number, Material Name, Opening Stock Qty., GRN Number, Receipt date, Account G/L Code, Supplier Name, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Quantity, Document Type , All detail Retrieve from V554111.


Created Inspection Location Application (P554312C): This application is created to segregate the material received from the supplier on PO Receipt basis and hence rating the Vendors.
