Data Retrieval, RBI, Detailed Inspection and preparation of Basis of Design and As Built.-FEED and Detail Design for EPCm contract.-Assigned as Project Engineer dedicated to change order management for Saudi ARAMCO EPC project “Arabiyah & Hasbah Offshore / Onshore Facilities“ (about 150 change orders identified, quantified, submitted and negotiated).-Assigned as Technical Manager for EPC proposals addressed to GCC oil&gas clients, mostly Kuwait.-While in Tripoli (Libya), from Jan 2010 to Feb 2011:-Assigned as Project Engineer for the development of an advanced FEED design of No.2 Power Plants in Libya, along with a case study for the selection of Electrical VSD vs Turbine driven compressors-Assigned as Technical Manager and deputy proposal manager for FEED and EPC proposals addressed to Waha Oil Co. (ConocoPhillips; Marathon; Amerada Hess) and AKAKUS (Repsol Oil)

    -Solid line reporting to directors and general manager.-Articulate delivery needs to director for resources, tools, skills and capabilities gaps.-Set up organization, defined work methods and market approach strategies. -Elaborated, proposed and managed projects budget (manhours and materials).-Assure projects delivery adherence to international standards and tools, as defined by HQ.While in Sharjah (UAE), from May 2011 till today:-Re-organization of the resources, pursue integration between onshore and offshore units.-Re-definition of work procedures and development of a quality system in line with Corporate.-Lead the dept. team with focus on key decisions and on major issues, on onshore and offshore Detail Design, FEED or BID projects for Saudi ARAMCO, FSRU LNG terminal of Livorno, Qatar Petroleum, ADMA-OPCO, ZADCO, Dragon Oil, Maersk Oil.While in Tripoli, May 2009 to Feb 2011:-Participated to establishment and start-up of the company. -Actuated an intensive recruitment program, screening and assessment of many candidates. -Organized and prepared an extensive training session, over four months. -E&C services for revamping projects of LIFECO “Marsa El Brega” ammonia-urea plant, Libya.-BASIC DESIGN and FEED for WAHA Oil Company, North Gialo & NC98 Development Project, Libya
