    - Started full operations in 1997, building company from scratch, planning and building a nationwide sales network and creating a sound legal and financial basis for the operations.·- Recruiting, coaching and development of Management team (Finance-Admin Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Fleet Manager, Logistics Manager) ·- Marketing and sales development, assortment and margins optimization, cost reduction, supply chain and further internal improvements.·- Full responsible for company employing around 130 people, including a sales force of 100 people, divided over 7 big and 4 smaller distribution centers. Directly in charge of the management team and full responsibility for P&L and balance sheet of the company. ·- Preparation of annual budgets, strategic and operational plans, sales development, legal matters, as well as, human resource management.

    - Responsible for market research projects on the markets for ice cream & frozen food and direct sales in Slovenia, Austria, Italy and Croatia.- Preparing feasibility studies and recommendations for market entry for direct sales operations in the respective countries.- Responsible for the initial founding of companies in Slovenia, Italy and Croatia and first recruitments.
