    1990 - 1996
    Hillon & Redell was a boutique IT search firm focused upon recruiting for IT professional services organizations, management consulting firms, technology integrators, VARs and software developers. Major clients included IBM, Accenture, Oracle, SSA Global (now Infor Global), TSC, Comdisco, Deloitte and others.
    1986 - 1990
    The Bankers Group was a division of Robertson, Spoerlein & Wengert, one of Chicago’s largest retained executive search firms in the 1980's. Mr. Redell's focus area was CPA's, Financial Services professionals, etc.... Notable successful assignments managed by Mr. Redell included:* Treasurer - HMO Illinois* CFO/COO - American Red Cross (Chicago)* Controller - Rehabilitation Institute of ChicagoBeyond "industry" clientèle, quite a bit of work was done for "Big 8" accounting firms, Brokerage firms and Banking clients.
    1983 - 1989
    Infantry school is mind shaping, character building and instills humility. My experiences in training and duty gave me a greater respect for all the military men in my family and my friends that are still in the military. In my humble opinion, US military experience is invaluable and candidates that have it get my respect.
