RI'm just like you but besides the point.....Yes it would I might suggest first you need to take some acting classes maybe be in a couple of plays or musicals then get a headshot send it to as many casting directors as you can a couple of good ones are S.A.G (Screen Actors Guild), Central Casting, and AFTRA (American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) by try looking for one in your area type the name in the name of your state and then what your looking for once you get through the door you can hand them your comedic script to be used in a sitcom or go solo and be a sand up comedian
