Currently Head of Planning & Development, a business-oriented COO and corporate development role, with a focus on business transformation in private banking changing world (segmentation, advisory, cross-border, country manual...).Previously led internal merger of Banque Vontobel Genève SA and parent company Banque Vontobel AG headquarted in Zürich. Reported to steering committee comprised of bank top management. Managed full scope of a post-merger integration, including and especially change management, paying very close attention to closing the communication and culture gap between Geneva and Zürich. Planned and co-ordinated a team of 60 subject matter experts across 16 project streams (legal merger, new pricing analysis and implementation, product change, client communication, organizational restructuring and HR impacts, new processes, new CRM system, new back-office system, new ordering system...). Reached the challenge to achieve this merger within 6 months. Continuously look for closer cultural integration since then and leverage project result to further develop Geneva branch.
