James is the founder of Touchpoints Consulting & Communications. Touchpoints Consulting & Communications provides clients with Customer Relationship Management consulting and "Best of Breed" communications solutions. Recent projects include the launch of the highly successful Heroes of the UAE campaign to promote more sustainable living in the United Arab Emirates.

James arrived in Dubai in March 1999, with nothing but a laptop, a promise of funds and a vision. He subsequently grew OgilvyOne to be the region’s foremost CRM/One to One communications agency, with offices in Dubai and Bahrain. . OgilvyOne Middle East is a highly accoladed creative agency building brands through all channels including: television, outdoor, print, direct and digital. Clients served included: Emirates/SriLankan Airline (Skywards FFP), DHL, American Express MENA, American Express (Saudi Arabia), Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Gulf Air, Jumeirah International Hotels and Resorts, Dubai e-Government, Abu Dhabi Government, Royal & Sun Alliance, Etisalat (Telecommunications), Nissan, WWF, At the beginning of 2007 James took on the additional responsibility of managing MemacOgilvy group of companies in Bahrain, comprising Advertising, Public Relations, Activation and OgilvyOne.
