I work in the management of the Internal Audit Office Start–up at Bocconi University. I carry out the activities of Compliance Auditing in the University environment.

Internal Auditing: -Risk Assessment and support for the preparation of Annual Audit Plan;-Carry out the activities of Compliance & Operational Auditing, by creating and implementing tests whose scope is to verify the conformity to company procedures and the compliance to legal requirements (FCPA, Italian Legislative Decrees 231/01, 196/03 and 165/01, Farmindustria Code of Conduct);-Action/recovery plan definition and periodic status-check;- Preparation of reports, signed by the person in charge of the Internal Auditing Office and then circulated to Company management and to the Board of Governance (established in accordance to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01);-Monitoring of the company compliance with the legal requirements established by Italian Regions with respect to the limits for the promotional and advertising activity;-Evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal procedures;- Implementation of Legal and Corporate Procedures requirements into the local procedures.Compliance Consulting:-Anti – Corruption consultancy, high risk cases evaluation (“Integrity in Business” Corporate Program);-“Lean Sourcing Project” SixSigma extended team member.

The master has been included by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) in the Internal Auditing Education Partnership Program (IAEP) .
