User Experience (UE) Research Manager within the global online team. Managing a programme of user experience and design research for the new online design currently being released. Includes strategic planning, supplier selection and management, budget monitoring, developing UE insight and knowledge sharing. Also developing research management processes and systems in place to improve quality and cost efficiencies.

Seren is a service design consultancy. Responsibilities included managing design research and customer (product and service) insight projects for Vodafone Global, Vodafone UK, The Coca-Cola Company, Nokia, O2 and Orange; plus design projects for Vodafone Global and Vodafone UK. Work stretched across the product/service development lifecycle, from ideation and concept, through design and on to testing. Experience included proposal writing, pitching, project management and use of a variety of design and research (qualitative, quantitative and mixed method) techniques e.g., expert review, focus groups, participatory-design and online survey, including multi-country studies and across digital and retail. Work also included development and of a new research and insight strategy for the business.
