Coordinated ISAP QRS and Farm Extension Projects in Rajesthan , Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.Major projects :Query Redress Service (QRS): Transfer of technical and scientific knowledge to the farmers is one of the primary functions. QRS enables us to provide solutions to farmer’s queries pertaining to agricultural practices, problems, productivity improvement, scientific farming and improved technology for production to farming community. We have responded to two lakh eighty thousand online queries besides many more through the offline medium.Soochna Se Samadhan (Life Line Project): Executed “Soochna sae Samadhan” project funded by One World South Asia (OWSA). The queries received via through telephone and responded within 24 hours. We received 400 - 450 queries per day from farmers of Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, where it runs this service. Its received National Award on E-governance 2007-08 under ‘Specific Sectoral Award: Focus area – Agriculture’. I also got the special appreciation certificate as the National Coordinator of the Life Line Project.Rajasthan Water Sector Restructuring Project: This project funded by Directorate of Agriculture, Rajasthan under RWSRP. The projects aims were to promote Organic farming for food grain, vegetable, medicinal and aromatic crops in the Bundi district of Rajasthan and find out the recommendations on organic farming methodsDST Project: The objects for this project was , Identification of technology related need gaps pertaining to agricultural sector amongst the Bhils in Banswara and Dungarpur districts of south Rajasthan .BaseLine Study: Baseline Study for settling up community radio station for Min of I & B in Sironj, Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh.

Coordinated ISAP projects and activities in Madhya Pradesh and Chhatisgarh.Kisan Mitra and Kisan Didi Project as State Project Manager: Trained 78,380 farmers at 2,064 locations including 42,912 Kisan Mitra and 35,468 kisan didis in 50 districts of Madhya Pradesh on good agricultural practices. The main objects of the programme was to create awareness among the farmers of the state regarding best practices of farming, increasing productivity, availability of seed, fertilizer and know hoe of various schemes.Farmers Training Programmes as Regional Coordinator : 35 programmes (3-5 days duration) conducted on good agricultural practices, horticultural crops, Medcinal & Arometic Plants, marketing of farm produce, Organic Farming Total more than 1225 farmers were trained in Madhya Pradesh.Farmers Awareness Camps and Kisan Melas as Regional Coordinator: 3 FACs and 2 kisan melas were organized and covered about than 1 Lac farmers and rural peoples. Livelihood Trainings for Skill Development for Scavengers & their Dependents as Regional Coordinator- Imparted trainings to the under privileged men and women for various skill development. About 300 scavengers & their dependents in Guna, Shivpuri, Dewas, Harda, Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Ashoknagar districts of Madya Pradesh .These trainings have opened new avenues of livelihood to these underprivileged and made them self-confident for a better living with dignity in our society. Networking of Agriculture Community as Regional Coordinator: For effective service delivery, ISAP undertakes extensive networking with different stakeholders, like development institutes, extension officers, agri-input and service providers, donor agencies, government departments and prominent state level NGOs. In Madhya Pradesh more than 150 NGOs, 1200 Agri Experts, 40 Agri Companies, 50 Agri Journalists, 60 Chapter Coordinators and 1.5 Lac farmers have been registered as ISAP members.
