Currently developing a luxury beverage product and overseeing design, construction and eventual F&B operation for a restoration project in the Seychelles. La Plaine St. Andre, a plantation house who's foundations date back to 1792, opens to the public early 2011. The site houses an operational rum distillery, 120 cover modern Kreole restaurant, vintage rum bar and stunning garden grounds, filled with ruins from the original annexed buildings, providing the perfect setting for luxury events and weddings. The Fluid Dynamics Training Academy will launch in the upper levels of the plantation house later in 2011, and will be open to local, regional and international bar enthusiasts wishing to expand their horizons or appear as guest lecturers.
