We are active in the three principal segments of the private equity secondary market: 1) the sale of limited partnership interests in one or more private equity funds, 2) the sale of portfolios of underlying private equity fund investments, and 3) "stapled" operations combining a secondary market sale with a new subscription to a successor fund managed by the same team.
