Established multiple projects and initiatives at Egg including Programme Office for Egg Launch, development of Egg People Strategy and People Investment Programme for CEO, Egg France Programme Recovery for COO, cross business project portfolio management for COO.

£500m pre-privatisation and pre-Euro entry programme in Prague consisting of 16 cross business projects to transform the business end to end. Managed integrated programme within a hierarchical organisation. Renegotiated £75m systems implementation contract.

Established and maintained programme management processes for £80m 9 month design & build programme. Post launch, reported to CEO weekly on bank’s ability to meet volume trading targets.
