Responsible for the entire recruitment process of the allocated assignments of the Branch by providing a high quality management through a thorough SOPs and guidelines in order to ensure the maximum possible success. Responsible from understanding the Client's profile and requirements, assessing and short-listing candidates, facilitating the negotiation process between selected candidates and the Client and ensuring a "closed-deal" through an excellent follow-up work. Accountable for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions jobs with client companies. Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. In charge of providing accurate, complete and timely weekly/monthly reports to the management on assignments activities. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates. Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes. Accountable of maintaining excellent relationship with existing Clients
