    Neilsoft is a specialist engineering services & solutions company catering to clients across a wide range of engineering segments helping them enhance engineering efficiency, support their global footprint and improve their competitiveness.My day to day work included, but, not limited to:• Work along with Sales team assisting them in their sales and relationship management functions for existing engagements.• Responsible for Industry specific Analysis (Market intelligence), competition mapping, market initiatives, customer analysis and business development.• Creation of proposals and presentations, participate and support the development of Key Prospects.• Analysis of certain market segments in Global Engineering, and support the definition of strategy through research on potential customers and prospects.• Interaction with prospects (calling campaigns, presentations, meetings), developing templates to assist in sales efforts.• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers" met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers" business requirements.• Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.• Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and operations teams to potential risks of deal closure.

Tool Management System (2 - Bin System).3. Touch Probe For EDM Machines.4. Design & Manufacturing of "Extension of Drills".5. Various Projects on ISO 14000 Enabling in Godrej & Boyce.These projects in a way helped my organisation to attain ISO 14000 certification from TUV. My day to day work also included:1. Prioritizing the critical work and getting them done in a stipulated time frame.2. Liaise with different departments.
