    Responsible for the quality assurance and development of new application programs from established specifications or requirements documents.     Managed projects on a consulting bases for oranizations such as AAA, City of South Porltand and the City of Portland. Projects managed included implementing P-Card and Fleet Card programs to providing recruiting, training and process improvement services.
    1995 - 1998
    Developed and introduced new products and services to commercial fleet customers and business partners. Researched, designed, developed and launched product initiatives that enhanced or introduced new lines of business. Project management responsibilities included leading cross functional teams, developing process and procedures, training, budget and documentation.
    1994 - 1995
    Responsibilities included recruiting, training and managing a team implementing and supporting strategic customers. This team was responsible for developing and executing implementaiton plans for national customers.
    1989 - 1991
    Responsibilities included supporting customers and outside sales force in providing outstanding service to our key customers and business partners.
