    Under limited supervision of the FSO Head and as an active member of the Field Services Operation management team, coaches and supports the managers in all Human Resources related issues and assists the Field Services Operation management in developing strategies for the optimum utilization of the human and intellectual capital.Main responsibilities for respective area:• As a member of the Ericsson Field Services management team influences plans, decisions and actions that impact people.• Understands the "big-picture" of the business and the HR linkages to organizational goals and plans; effectively connects tactics to strategy.• Acts as a consultant to managers in assessing workforce needs and in determining and implementing appropriate strategies in various HR areas including but not limited to:o Recruitment: directives; process; headcount; localization; induction; compliance with local labor laws.o Compensation: directives; process; review; compliance with local labor laws.o HRMS: data base quality;o Performance Management : Process,guidance and securing implementation• Provides coaching to managers on employee relation matters to achieve desired results through changed patterns of behavior or approaches.• Partners with managers to lead and facilitate change. Proactively recommends systems and structures needed to support change and drive improvements.• Managing HR Assistants in terms of personnel management.• Guiding Line Managers in terms of compliance with labor law.• Continually contributes to improving human resources policies, procedures and create programs based on the business needs. Leads the implementation of new and/or improved HR initiatives/programs within the respective country.

    Purpose of Job/Role Implement and drive business decisions/activities with implications on people in close coordination and partnership with respective Organization/Unit/Country. Focus on value creation and ways of working by aligning HR&O practices with MU- and Unit Strategy. Drive change ensuring implementation of Global, MU and Country Policies/Processes in respective area.HR Business Partner Main responsibilities for respective area:Capture insights and business trends for respective Area (Organization/Unit)Set HR business priorities and drive strategic/tactical/operational HR initiatives in Organization/UnitSupport/Drive change programs in close contact with HR SME ensuring existing HR processes are efficiently implemented and followed through improving Operational ExcellenceRoll out, implement and secure implementation of all HR MUNAf and country processes/policies, and continually facilitate in reviewing and improving policies, processes and ways of working.Provides counselling/guidelines as needed to line managers regarding the proper implementation of the HR processes, policies and procedures... MUNAf Dialog Subject Matter ExpertProvides the support on MU/Unit level to all persons involved in Dialog activities.Main responsibilitiesConfirms what needs to be ordered with SIFO - Research International.Teams up with HR Master Data Responsible in order to secure that the HRMS tool is updated with the latest employee information in order to guarantee the right data to be extracted for ZH30 report from HRMS.Communicates the project timeline and prepares people for the survey in Market Unit Level.Educates/encourages line managers to share the results with employees and turn results into actions with the Dialog Tool boxProvides support on local reporting, result presentation and action planning.Monitors action plan development on MU and Local levels.Facilitate workshops / focus groups for improvement plans.

    OBJECTIVE OF POSITIONThe Primary role is to coordinate and apply all Ericsson HR policies, processes and programs within EEL insuring that the organization is in full compliance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Assists the HR department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. •Coordinates in administration of compensation program; helps to monitor performance appraisal process. •Coordinates in Rewards administration to include salary reviews, Incentive plan, and Stock purchase plan.•Participates in recruitment efforts, job fairs, university relations and other youth organizations. •Assists Managers in Interviews and job advertisements & postings.•Processes monthly probation period & yearly employment review and issues reports.•Conducts new employee orientations; administers pre-employment tests; conducts reference checks. •Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed. •Participates in employee meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. •Maintains company organization charts and employee directory. •Partners with employees and managers to regularly communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. •Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the HR management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. •Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, •Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs. •Project Manager for EEL DIALOG improvement projects.•Facilitating EEL Dialog sessions for line managers.•Performs other related duties as required and assigned.•Developing policies and processes.•Supervising the HR Assistant in administration work.•Follow up with other departments to meet the customer requirements.
