The new carrier will serve Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets and will represent Air Arabia third HUB after UAE and Morocco. As Human Resources & Administration Manager, I’m responsible for Recruiting, Launching, Implementing all Human Resources & Administration functions to help and support the new Company setup in Egypt.

    Rresponsible for Developing, Managing, Implementing, and Overseeing Human Resources programs, procedures and guidelines for the company including all of the following Human Resources areas: Recruiting, Ttraining, Employee Relations, Compensation, Performance Management and Appraisal, Job Evaluation, Organisation Development, Succession Planning, and Career CounsellingManages and organizes an efficient and effective Personnel & Human Resources support functions to meet the company’s business plans and develops, implements all training policies and arrange in house and abroad trainnning programs for Admin & Technicals so that employees has the necessary skills to meet the business needs.Manages issuing offer letters, all types of contracts, social insurance forms for new hires, all the needed reports for HR department, handles resignations, end of service negotiations and procedures for all phases of employment.Creating and Implementing the firm’s benefits, policies and services packages including health care, bonus, pension schemes, transportation, accommodation allowances, life insurance, etc.Supervises Creating all personal files, recruitment procedures, collecting all original ducuments needed for employees records and creates all the needed forms for filing and HRIS. Deals with all authourities as Courts, Labor and Social insurance offices with regards to employees’s benefits and welfare handling all the needed forms and procedures which covers the inspections monthly comments.Responsible for preparing and reviewing the monthly payroll, deductions, loans, penalties and Increases. etc. Prepares annual G & A budget & monthly cash call.Reviews organizational structure and head count index and recommends all the needed changes to support the changing business goals.Plus, the other special duities and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager.

I joined Sipetrol Egypt on establishing its new branch in Egypt, to manage and supervise the soft creation of the HR and Administration Department.
