RI don't know who two-thirds of these women are, but the short answer is that people tend to date their peers, and when it comes to "celebrities with power and money," most of those peers are white.There's a reason that actors and actresses so often date each other - the lifestyle they live would just be completely alien to most of us. Fundamentally, the reason I couldn't date, say, Jenna Fischer, isn't that she's far too beautiful for me.
